About Alturatech

Helping founders turn AI ambition into shipped product — not just strategy decks.

Alturatech is founder-led, not agency-run — every engagement gets senior judgment, not a rotating bench of associates. Product, AI, GTM, and growth are treated as one connected problem, not separate workstreams handed to separate teams. And when strategy needs to become software, our own engineering team builds it — no handoff, no black box.

💡

Why we started this

Across a decade of engagements, we kept hitting the same wall: businesses wanted to adopt AI but couldn't tie it to an actual problem worth solving, couldn't justify the cost against a clear return, and stalled the moment it was time to scale or take it to market. That gap — between AI ambition and AI outcomes — is why Alturatech exists.

What we believe

Most AI and growth work fails at the handoff — a recommendation nobody implements. The right agentic framework doesn't matter if no one ships it. A positioning workshop doesn't help if the pricing model can't hold it up. So we work hands-on with founders — and when the roadmap needs to become software, we bring in engineering support to ship it with you.

How we work

Diagnose → Roadmap → Ship

1

Diagnose

Before anything gets quoted, we pressure-test the idea itself: is this AI investment tied to a real problem, or a feature chasing a competitor's announcement? Most engagements get redirected right here.

2

Roadmap

A written case — sequenced with owners, metrics, and the ROI math worked out — for how the work moves revenue, retention, or margin. If the numbers don't hold up, we say so before you spend on it.

3

Ship

Our own engineering team builds it — MVP to production — because a roadmap that stalls at the handoff is the exact failure mode we started this company to fix.
